Ask The Attorney gives ORA members an opportunity to pose general questions about Ohio laws relating to the restaurant business. Responses to questions will help to identify legal and factual issues that may impact the ultimate answer to an ORA member's rights or liabilities or how a matter should be handled. Each ORA member is entitled to one hour of free legal consultation per year.

Members can also access an online archive of Frequently Asked Legal Questions previously asked by other members.
